I first heard about MJ Robot through a crackly message from The Biscuit Sea. It was discovered floating in a tea chest beside a very surprised pirate, shortly after a wave filled its boots with fizzy lemonade. Its creator left one important clue: “Loves to moonwalk lean and sing found under wembly stage after his tour.” These days, this cheerfully confused machine is busy searching for the legendary Golden Custard Cream. Its special talent is finding missing socks before breakfast, although it would much rather spend the afternoon names every screwdriver Nigel. Its greatest dream is to discover a new colour and name it Kevin; its only real worry is being mistaken for a coat rack. Best friend: Susan, an unusually confident umbrella. Favourite saying: “A biscuit would improve this plan.”
